GRILL
The stainless steel grill on the Weenie Wagon food trailer is a double rack four independent burners with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it every day. Please know that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed. Smoke sells.
STEAM TABLE
The double steam table on the cart can accommodate various sizes pots with lids. You can use the steamer for hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese and sauerkraut. It has two big independent cast iron burners and their shut-off valves. The stainless steel pans and lids (4 one-half size pans 6″ deep, 4 one-half size lids and 3 separator bars) are easily removable for cleaning. NSF approved and listed.
SINKS
The Weenie Wagon food trailer has four sinks with hot and cold pressurized water by a 12v pump. The standard water capacity is 5 gallon fresh water tank and 7 gallon disposed water tank. Tanks capacity upgrade is an optional.
BEVERGE BIN
The insulated stainless steel beverage bin on the cart is easily reachable. It maximizes the life of ice and has its own drain and plug. It holds 180 cans and is easy to refill. The hinged lid has a chrome handle.
CONDIMENT TABLE (ACCESORIE $110.00)
The condiment table on the Weenie Wagon hot dog cart is located on the front part of the trailer. This gives the customers privacy while dressing their hot dog and you more space to serve the next customer. The table has five slots with five stainless steel trays and five slotted lids (NSF approved and included). The condiment table allows you to offer jalapenos, fresh diced onions, mild pepper rings, sweet relish and dill pickles. Just set the mustard, ketchup and the napkin dispenser and you are ready to make money.
HEATING SOURCE
The grill, the steam table and the water heater on the Weenie Wagon food trailer run on propane. Two twenty-pound propane tanks (not included) are located in a double cylinder hold down rack. They are store neatly and easily-accessible inside the cart.
WINDOWS
The Weenie Wagon hot dog cart has four large customer service windows for a fast and easy service. Optional screens are available if required. The sliding windows have lockable latches for security.
AWNINGS
The Weenie Wagon food trailer has two full size hinged awnings to provide customers cover from the rain or the sun. The awnings have lockable latches for security when travelling.
CEILING VENT
The Weenie Wagon hot dog cart comes standard with a ceiling vent to circulate air and to keep the interior ventilated without compromising security. Wedge-shaped, white plastic vent cover opens and closes with a hand-operated crank.
ACCESS DOOR
The access door in the Weenie Wagon is in the back of the cart. It has a key lock for security.
SHELVES
The Weenie Wagon hot dog cart has one outside shelf to assist customers. More shelves are available upon customer request.
TRAILER
The Weenie Wagon food trailer rests on a D.O.T. approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it at freeway speeds with safety. The tires size is 4.8” x 12” standard.
TOWING BAR
The cart towing bar is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it). The ball coupler is 1 7/8″ an it has two safety chains, and it is also available with an optional 2″ size.
LIGHTS
The lights on the Weenie Wagon hot dog cart are tail, stop, signals and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.
WHEEL LEVELING JACK
Keep your Weenie Wagon hot dog cart on the level with this easy-to-use 1,500 lb. capacity swing-back trailer jack. The jack has a side crank handle to level it. Just fold it back and away for travelling.
The brochure contains the information need it by Health Departments to pre-approve your hot dog cart and after a physical inspection get you the final approval for the Mobile Food License.

Schematics
Schematics allow you to see the location of all significant parts and equipment and the overall dimensions of the hot dog cart. They are available in three different views (top, left and right). Most Health Departments require them as a part of the Mobile Food License Application. The schematics are also included in the brochure for the hot dog cart.
